A single screw recovery system is the most economical floor design available. The system contains the major components heavy-duty screw, belt and bucket elevator, air-wash separator, perforated storage hopper with a caged man ladder and handrail. In the single screw recovery system operator has to drag and drop the abrasive media manually in the screw recovery hopper from the floor. Screw hopper feeds the media abrasive to boot of bucket elevator, bucket elevator lifts the media and drops in an air wash separating system, where the clean media directly feeds to the blasting port for reuse.

This is a basic "automatic" reclaim package that can be expanded to and "H", "U" or full floor reclaim system. It best suited for low to medium productive levels.
