Indexing machine is an extremely economical machine suited to a wide range of working operations. The machine works on the suction blasting principle. Blast cabinet is fitted with a bearing mounted indexing turntable, with number of indexing positions. One indexing satellite stands outside the blast cabinet for job loading and unloading while other satellites stands inside the blast cabinet. Rotary indexing machines are incorporated with a reclaimer that ensures uniform cleaning and finishing each time and in every operation. This is achieved by an automatic abrasive cleaning system built into the reclaimer. The dust and debris are separated and only clean and sized abrasives are carried to blast ensuring a homogeneous finish.
