Structure Shot Blasting Machine
The Structure Shot Blasting Machine is a heavy-duty surface treatment system designed for cleaning, descaling, and preparing large structural steel components, such as I-beams, channels, angles, and plates. The machine consists of a robust blast cabinet with inlet and outlet vestibules equipped with wear-resistant rubber sealing curtains that prevent abrasive spillage during the process.
This machine is equipped with 2 or 4 high-performance blast wheels strategically positioned for maximum coverage, ensuring uniform and consistent blasting of all surfaces. The steel rollers with variable speed drives enable controlled movement of large and heavy components through the blast zone.
The machine features a complete abrasive recovery system including screw conveyors, bucket elevator, rotary screen separator, and a magnetic separator. This setup ensures clean and reusable abrasive is consistently circulated. A high-efficiency dust collection system maintains a clean work environment and prevents dust emissions.
